New York State Governor Kathy Hochul speaks during a Covid-19 press conference on 09 Feb 2022. Governor Hochul announced the end of the New York state indoor mask mandate, effective tomorrow February 10th. Masks will still be required at schools, nursing homes, hospitals, bus and train stations. The mask mandate for schools will be evaluated upon return from winter break.
