New York, NY-September 14, 2005-TODAY SHOW Anchors Katie Couric, Matt Lauer, Ann Curry and Al Roker sign copies of their new book, "Today's Kitchen Cookbook" at the NBC Experience Store in Rockefeller Plaza.The book provides more than 120 delicious recipes from a star-studded repertoire of chefs, restaurateurs and cookbook authors who have been featured on "Today," the country's #1 morning show for close to 10 years. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the book will benefit TJ Martel foundation, a nationwide organization dedicated to supporting innovative research into the treatments and cures of leukemia, cancer and AIDS.
